  one two three four five six seven eight nine ten Glad you stopped in today, we had a recent trip to New York, trying to get away from the heat of summer, during late June 2024. Apparently the whole east coast was dealing with a real heat wave, BIG OOPIES, on that, normally we go north and can hide out in the shade and love the weather they have during that season of the year. Didn't work this time, oh well, maybe next year.   "Prater's Creek Bridge (plague by the bridge) Built by the Greenville Steel & Foundry Company in 1930, this bridge served the people of Pickens County for over seventy years at two locations. It was originally installed over the Twelve Mile River on Wolf Creek Road and moved in the late 1900's to Praters Creek on Morning Side Drive.
