Traveling E ...

  Pickett CCC Memorial State Park, 4605 Pickett Park Hwy, Jamestown, TN 38556  Gorgeous state park ...these pics did separate a bit ...but I believe you can tell where they are together ... several of the hikes were roped off from tree damaged ...seems it happened a long time ago ...we were there November 2024, but I am guessing that the repairs are not on their top of the list to get done?? No clue??! Made my hubby miss his Corvette ...there was a group of them visiting the park as well as the 2 of us. The bridge was kind of shaky ...we were walking back to the truck ... and a couple were walking their dogs ...the dog who was leading (their were 2 of them) was scared about the bridge ...I didn't really enjoy the shaking ...glad for steady ground.   Glencairn Gardens, 725 Crest Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina These gardens were so well taken care of ...just breathtaking to see. Even in the rain. It was fun to see. I am curious, who does supply the $$$ to keep it going? The taxpayers, the locals, I does have me curious??! Looks like it takes a lot of time and effort to be so gorgeous. It was a perfect spot to stop, stretch our legs, use their restrooms (which were so clean and appreciated). Please stop by to check these gardens out, so amazing!!! Loved it!!! Clyde Wynia, has "Jurustic Park", and his wife Nancy's workshop: "Hobbit House", these gems are located in Marshfield, Wisconsin, Check out their website: https://www.jurustic.com/   We were so excited to buy a critter ...we start picking what we wanted out, going around pointing at this one and that one ...oh let's get this for my Mom for Christmas & on and on!!! Then come to find out Clyde only takes CASH!!! What??? We are in 2020, who doesn't take credit cards?? Apparently this dude. LOL!! So scratch that plan. So we got "Clyde" the dog, (please see the 2 pictures above of that signing moment) the real Clyde did sign him and away he went with us.  The artist Clyde was so funny, such a great sense of humor, one of many fun, hilarious, great story for each & every critter there at "Jurustic Park" and so fun to chat with. "Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame" , Hayward, Wisconsin. i am not a fisherwoman, but i have always been amazed by folks who do fish. all the hard work you do to make those stats. i must say i would prefer to see all these fish in the sea. not on the wall like this ...but what can you do? have you ever seen any of these fish alive before? this salmon above is so cool!! did i mention that the hubby had a speed boat when we 1st started dating. it was awesome. but i always thought it needed to go FASTER. i love a fast boat. then the goober sold the thing. i miss it big time. he got rid of it because we didn't use it enough. kind of hard when you don't live near any BIG bodys of water. guess we need to move. he loved all the boat motors at this place. i now own a huge SD card of boat motors, what??! yep, i do. any one else in the world who can say that, can YOU say the same thing???!!!??!!!! do you love to fish?
